Cram, Sr. <br /> TBE TAPE IS NOT PART OF TIE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes ofOctober 23, 199 7, Ball seconded. <br /> Board members agreed to postpone appro Mng the minutes of October 30, 1997 <br /> until Mr. Doherty i in attendance. <br /> 3.) Small Claims Court Summons re: B. Davis - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I spoke <br /> with Dave Rich from the Water District about this and he is basically going to ignore it." <br /> "I informed him he cannot ignore it as his name is listed on the Summons." "Ms. Davis <br /> is seeping a $500-00 reimburs nm nt." "In my opinion, Mr. Rich and I can handle this <br /> .without bringing Town Counsel into this." <br /> Mr. Bali agreed. <br /> Mr. Cram questioned, "Why is this natter in the Westboro, NU District Court?" <br /> "This is not where the incident. occurred." "I would recommend we look into this as a <br /> change in venue because the alleged offense occurred in 1lashpee." <br /> Mr. Ballagreed. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I will forward a letter to the Court requesting a change in <br /> venue." <br />
