Mr. Cram motioned to grant an 18' variance from the proposed on--site well to the proposed on-site leaching facility, Mr. Ball seconded. 9 Starboard give - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting several local variances; a 4 ' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (#3 Starboard Drive), a ' local variance frbm the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, #9 Spinnal er -Drive), a 1V local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well 15 Starboard Drive) and a 3 1' local variance from the proposed on-site -leaching facility to the proposed on-site well."
