Mr. Cram motioned to approve the minutes of February 29, 1996, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> . Installer's apa li ati n, M. II l Carthy - Mr. Evans relayed, "This installer is <br /> licensed in another town." <br /> 1&. Cram motioned to grant a 1996 installer's license to Mr. Michael McCarthy, <br /> Ball secoffded, all agreed. <br /> 4. Seotic system repairprogram (County prop Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The <br /> Chairman is required to sign the agreement which will allover the County to act as the <br /> administrator of the grant program." <br /> Mr. Doherty forwarded his signature to the agreement. <br /> .) Revised plans, 21 T ff`rail - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "'One of the Board's <br /> requirements was for the owner to retain a botanist to certify the wetlands delineation."' <br /> "Plans that we approved pending Conservation Commission approval and D.E.P.'s <br /> concurrence with the gray/black water system was contingent upon the botanist's <br /> certification." "Revised plans were submitted with Sabatia certifying the wetlands."' &��.+ <br /> Sherman has not visited the site as of yet."' "What is significant with revised plans is the <br /> reduction in the distance to the wetlands." `Plans noir indicate 61' from the wetlands to <br /> the leaching facility instead of the `75 originally proposed.,) ("our regulation requires "7 <br /> from the wetlands, any variance lesser than that will he dealt on a case by case basis." Ore <br /> my opinion, it is a substantial decrease from the 75' originally proposed. <br />
