Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Mr. Cram motioned to approve the minutes of March 1 , 199 , Mr. Ball seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> . Draft letter from W & S to D.E.P. re: Ca in hart - Mr. McQuaid relayed, <br /> 'Idr. Seipione recommended the Board contact our State Representatives to research the <br /> matter." "We have a contract signed by the town and D.E.P. for the $350,000.00 grant." <br /> "Now, D.E.P. is saying maybe a portion of the previously capped part of the landfill <br /> should not faH under the grant program." "We're saying we sent all this to you which you <br /> have approved-and now yo .r're still balking at specifics that have already been agreed to <br /> and executed., `We need political pressure to get the check." "I would recommend we <br /> forward a letter to our State Representatives and State Senators.,,' <br /> Board members directed the agent to forward a letter to our State Representatives <br /> requesting they research the matter. <br /> . Rabies vaccine approval_request - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I would recommend the <br /> Board forward a letter to the Executive Secretary endorsing the program.'' <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 5.) Coombs school airualit re ort -- Mr. Evans relayed, "I did attend a meeting at <br /> Dr. DeMoura's office last week to discuss the report." "There was some thought that it <br /> may not be as bad as it appears." `The heating and ventilation engineer's say that 1000 <br /> ppm should be considered okay."" ""Two days previously I did go out to the Middle <br /> School and test a classroom because of a complaint fro a parent.' "I found it to be 1000 <br />
