Ball <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT T FART OF TBE MEETING IT IS FOR TBE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. Warrants signed. <br /> . fir. Crain motioned to accept the minutes of March 28, 1996, fir. Ball seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> 3.) Landfill Design Closure Report - Mr. McQuaid relayed,, `We received the draft <br /> three months ." " &. Seipione and I reviewed the report and had no significant <br /> changes to make." "This is in the hands of I .B.P.." "i have contacted State Rep. Thomas <br /> whir and State Rep. Cary Studds to help in moving this grant ahead.' "fey both <br /> indicated that they would diligently speak to D.B.P. on our behalf to get the funds. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Mr. Doherty requested Mr. McQuaid to provide the Board with totals expended <br /> for capping the landfill. <br /> 4 <br /> . fetter e eer re: New Se be I arina - Mr. Evans relayed, "I received a call <br /> from an individual who was representing the owner of the Marina." "I 'informed them they <br /> roust submit plans and obtain permits from this office.'' <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I would recommend the Board forward a copy ofthis <br /> letter to the Selectmen as it pertains mostly to the serving of alcohol at the marina."" <br /> Board members agreed to forward a copy to the Selectmen. <br />
