MTNUTES May 30, 1996 8 BOARD _rALTH <br /> 139 GREAT NECK ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the <br /> system in failure." "As of yet plans for the upgrade have not beensubmitted."' <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the septic repair with the stipulation the health agent <br /> approves plans as submitted, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 11. Revised plan. 21 Taffrail Mr. McQuaid relayed, `The engineer has <br /> submitted revised plans which delineate the proposed leaching facility ' from the <br /> wetlands." "The owner is requesting a 5' sideline variance." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 24' wetlands variance and a 5' sideline variance, <br /> Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Letter from Cape& Islands Lab Services <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "They are questioning whether they must obtain a permit to <br /> k <br /> dispose of their medical waste."' <br /> Mr. Cram directed Mr. Evans to question the company as to where they intend to <br /> dispose of their medical waste and request a copy of their Mate license. <br /> SSSS** <br /> -Draft ra Plume Contaim ent Plan <br /> Board members will review the plan for comment at next week's meeting. <br /> Juan aci al i s res onse <br /> Board members to review. <br /> i <br /> Selectperson Caftn's re nest to nominate Board member to Otis Subcommittee. <br /> W.
