"My understanding is that there was no public notification." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, ""You have the green cards." <br /> Mr. Lupo stated, "I don't the my name is on the green cards." "I had to go t <br /> the Board of Health for this extra hearing." "I was told by the Board that unless there is a <br /> violation of Title v it didn't have to notify abutters.' <br /> MI .
