NffNLTTES August 8, 1996 5 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cauly agreed. <br /> Mr. Brakko stated, `Effluent will go towards nay well, as the elevation is lower <br /> towards any lot."' "The groundwater is extremely high and it's a sandy soil so it's obvious <br /> that any effluent would help and drain rapidly into whatever grater is supplying our well <br /> and anybody else's." <br /> Discussion took place as to which direction the groundwater will flow. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Spohr's did offer to connect Mr. Brakko to town <br /> water." <br /> 1r. Doherty stated, `Due to the constraints ofthe lots and the easement the <br /> engineer has clone about as good a job as could be expected." I think an alternative has <br /> been presented to abutters and if they choose not to accept that offer well then they <br /> choose not to accept that offer but with full knowledge of the system as it is presented." <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommend, "Switching the reserve and active would maintain 150' <br /> from abutting well to the active pit." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a ' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, (lot 92 , a 5' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, (lot , a 12.9' variance from the proposed onsite <br /> leaching facilify to abutting well, (lot 99) and a 9' State sideline variance with the <br /> stipulation revised plans are submitted which delineate 150' from the proposed active <br /> leach pit to abutting well (lot 99), the applicant shah retain a maintenance agreement with <br /> licensed company for upkeep of the denitrification system a copy of which is to be fled <br /> with the Board of Health and pending an `"Order of Conditions"' by the Conservation <br /> Coo .fission, W. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> *mow USMSS <br /> Request for Food Establishment Permit - "Zuni Cafe's <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "The final inspection was done today." "I would recommend <br /> approval."' <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 1996 Food Establishment Permit to Mr. Adam Smith <br /> d/b/a `The Zuni Cafe", Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br />
