Evans relayed, "I went out to the site and found the cesspool <br /> full." "There has been excessive pumping." <br /> i <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 2 S ntuit Pond Road - Mr. Evans relayed, "I went out to the site and found sewage <br /> backed-up into the basement." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"' form. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS <br /> Request for rx� �r� License nse - A. Checker Cesspool Service <br />� <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "A. Checker er Cesspool Service is applying for a septage <br /> hauler's license:" <br /> MT. Doherty motioned to grant a 1996 Septage Hauler"s license to A. Checker <br /> Cesspool Service, Inc., Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> t Buccaneer Way <br /> W. McQuaid stated, `This is an engineered repair upgrade." "The applicant is <br /> connecting to town water." "`This plan was submitted today, I have not had the <br /> opportunity to review it.'9 <br /> Mr. Cram commented, "We want plans submitted at least 48 hours prior to the <br /> meeting."
