" <br /> "And this is the third or fourth revision of this plan and again I think it"s time that you <br /> know once you get your eggs in one basket and you can put together enough information <br /> that you can satisfy the State and Board. <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "My personal opinion at this point is to approve the plan with <br /> D.E.P. concurrence.' <br /> Ms. Bexley questioned, "Can't you not wait until I get an engineered plan and <br /> make sure my septic and well and Title v...." <br /> Mr. Lupo questioned, "what is the rush to approve this plan because... � <br /> fir. Cram stated, "This original was submitted on May 16, 1996."
