Crani, John T. Doherty and Steven R. Ball <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT FART of THE MEETING TING IT IS FOR TBE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Robert F. Cram, Chairman <br /> 1.). warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Al Elloyan - Newspaper Recycling <br /> Mr. Elloyan was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> �&. Doherty stated, "we understand the market has not been profitable for the <br /> newspapers however, there are more trailers then we would life parked at the transfer <br /> station.,' <br /> Mr. E116yan questioned, "'If I took my machines up on top of the hit and leveled i <br /> off could I store my trailers up there?"' <br /> Mr. Doherty responded, "No, because that is still an active landfill area and there <br /> are en ine rr dp I n already on file to cap that.19. "our understanding was that you had <br /> hoped to stockpile the material and hold it until the markets we in your Favor and that was <br /> p p <br /> fine but I don"t think that it was clear that you had intended to stockpile it there which i <br /> not our desire." <br /> Mr. Elloyan stated, `play, thea we will move the trailers out of there." <br /> Mr. Cram questioned Mr. lloy n, "what was the original agreement we had with <br /> you in regards to the newspaper recycling?" "In that agreement did it not stipulate you <br /> were goingtopay the town $5. ton." `Have you paid the town any moneys at all Mn <br /> regards to that at this point'" <br />
