Failure Certification 208 wheeler Road - Mr. Evans relayed, "I <br /> inspected the site and found the leach pit full." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 14.) F.Y.I., meeting w I . .P. 11/4/96, Boston re: Cqppinja grant - Mr. McQuaid <br /> relayed, `State Rep. Thomas Cahir and the D.E.P. Commissioner will be in attendance." <br /> Mr. Doherty and Mr. McQuaid will attend. <br /> N-EW BUSINESS***** <br /> Request for Installer's license extension <br /> I&. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. John Peters, Jr. took the installer's test and passed it." <br /> "He is requesting the Board extend his license to incorporate calendar year 1997.77 <br /> Mr. BaD motioned to extend Mr. Peters installer's ficense to incorporate calendar <br /> year 1997, lir.
