Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 7. Letter to 11r. DiMaggio re: Landfill/Transfer Station - Mr. McQuaid stated, <br /> "Subsequent to I . . .'s initial inspection of the landfill I met out there with Nfichael <br /> Scipione and another representative from Weston & Sampson and went through the entire <br /> aci ity. ' "I requested they provide me with a list f what needs to e attended to, not. <br /> only to satisfy the D.E.P. but also to keep the Transfer Station maintained physically." <br /> "The Board of Manager s yearly allocates funds for regular maintenance." "It is time to <br /> address that at our Landfill Transfer Station." `'My letter requests Mr. DiMaggio to loop <br /> at these issues as soon as possible and that any work or maintenance costs that contribute <br /> to bringing the Station up to par, which fall outside of his contract, will be paid for by this <br /> of ce.'� "In any opinion, we should set aside funds on a yearly basis.", "I would like a new <br /> account created for this purpose." <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "As we discussed with W. Scipion.e apparently they have only <br /> submitted about $600,000.00 for reimbursement on that capping grant.' "we were <br /> hoping to get some additional work clone so we can submit some more bis before the enol <br /> of this year." "Do you think the lagoon might qualify for that`" <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "once the lagoons are closed the actual lagoons not the <br /> leaching pits will become part of the drainage structure.' <br /> lx. Doherty consented, "That will be new construction and should be <br /> reimbursable." <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, I would agree." <br /> . Augat, Cranbe r qt r ee tie Summ4a - Mir. McQuaid relayed, "The report <br /> is available for the public to review.' In summary the cranberry hogs were found to be <br /> clew of .o.c.'s.91 <br /> Acknowledged. <br />
