Doherty motioned to grant a ' variance from the proposed leaching facility t <br /> the edge of the4wetlad area and a 10' variance froom the proposed reserve to the edge of <br /> the wetland area, Mr. Cram seconded. <br /> Al nNTI NT: Bob Collette - Tobacco Control Update <br /> Mr. Bob Collette was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Collette presented an updated list of "Smol ing Regulations"' established by <br /> each torn on Cape Cod. <br /> Discussion tools place regarding a proposed regulation which will require local <br /> tobacco retailers to obtaina permit for the sale of tobacco. <br /> Mr. Evans recommended the Board hold a public meeting to allow tobacco <br /> retailers to comment on the proposed regulation. <br />
