TOWN of MAS PEE <br /> ` <br /> BOARD of BEALTH <br /> December 1 , 1996 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Robert F. Cram, Sr., Steven R. Ball and John T. Doherty <br /> THE {PAPE IS NOT PART of THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANS CRIPTI oN ONLY. <br /> Mr. Robert F. Crann, Sr., Chairman <br /> 1. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of December 5, 1996, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded. <br /> . Lincoln Bolter test - Continued until later in the meeting. <br /> 4. Variance request, Little River Boat acrd, 91 Shore Drive and 10 Green Meador <br /> circle <br /> Little River Boatyard - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a variance <br /> from the regulation which requires the installation of both the primary and reserve leaching <br /> facility for commercial systems." "In speaking with the engineer, based on the limited <br /> flow which is less then a normal household flow to a septic system, I would recommend <br /> the Board grant the variance relief sought." <br /> W. Doherty motioned to grant the variance as requested, IIx•. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 9 <br /> 1 Shore Drive �- 1 r. McQuaid relayed, <br /> "This is an existing dwelling." `I did witness the <br /> pert test." "`we first perked in the front towards Shore Drive, the soils were unsuitable <br /> due to high groundwater." "I suggested we perk towards the rear of the lot which was <br /> slightly higher by 2 '11 "The soils there were much better." "Sideline variances are <br /> requested a well s one local variance from n abuttm* g well,�,� operon, the <br /> engineer has conformed with the new Title v regulations to maximum feasible <br /> compliance."' <br />
