7/9/.80 . I N F O R M A T I 'O N 1. Have contacted J. Mills to give estimate on bath house at . Attaquin Park. Jacobson too busy. BJT 2. Called 477-0586 re Classroom for "Morning Star" Program. Department of Mental Health to advise them of the Board' s decision. Tel # is that of Dare School. BJT 3. George , Rena Roberts from Costal Zone Management would like to meet with you on July 11, 1980 at 9 : 00 a.m. regarding New Seabury. BJT 4. The Army Corps of Engineers will be on site (7/10/80 at 10 : 00 a.m. ) regarding the 150 foot dock requested by Mr. Kushner. 5. Call from citizen regarding moths . She called County Extension Service and they stated cause is from Pine Lupus and this is time eggs are on trees - should be sprayed or will turn to worms. 6. Ralph Hendricks stopped by on 7/8/80 to complaint about the Dog Officer. His coon dog broke the stake and Dog Officer picked him up - it cost him $25 .00 . He feels that his dog • is licensed, has proper shots , keeps it tied up and he should have been contacted before his dog was locked up. He has two witnesses that heard Dog Officer threaten to kill his dog. 7. Mrs. Benajmin stopped by on 7/9/80 to complaint about the Dog Officer. She would like Board member to call her 477-3088. 8. Request from Mr. Harry Davenport for a permit to have a Clam Bake Concert at Attaquin Park on Sunday, 8/3/80 for the benefit of the New England Chapter of the Tuskegee Institute Scholarship Fund and Tuskegee Airmen Inc - a general college. Will acquire proper policing and will clean-up afterwards . Would like answer so that tickets can be prepared. Mr. Davenport was Pass Commander of the American Legion. 9. Complaint from Mrs. DeLuza, Wheeler Road, Aushment area. The Road has dangerous curves - would like to know if some could be straighten out. 10. Jeff Grossman, applicant for Executive Secretary, coming to area on Friday from New Hampshire - would it be possible for him to be interviewed??? •
