Chairman stated that he would new like to go back to -a subject between <br /> the Building Inspector, Town Counsel and an objection brought before <br /> by Mr. Blakeman,- i. e. , The Lapio Affair. <br /> Town Counsel stated that he understands that the sign has been removed <br /> that Mr. Lapio had posted and-' I further understand that Harold is <br /> .conducting an investigation in reference to the allegations of <br /> Mr. Blakeman concerning the conducting of business activities on the <br /> premises for sale of real estate other than what' s there in the sub- <br /> division in which it is ' located. I understand that' s an ongoing <br /> investigation, am I correct Harold. <br /> Mr. Collins responded yes. Let me ask you a question Joe, what is he <br /> entitled to do up there <br /> Counsel -responded to sell his own property only.
