Vice Chairman recognized Harry Edmed who had requested to meet <br /> with the Board, <br /> Harry wanted to know why the wrong By-Taws were sent out. <br /> Vice chairman stated that he dial not know how this happen, but <br /> Mrs, scalley had been contacted and is going to retype the changes. <br /> They would then have to go back to Town Meeting for a vote of the <br /> Town to reaffirm. Informed Harry that an article was being <br /> submitted to the Special Town Meeting scheduled for October to <br /> see if the Town will vote to amend such. <br /> Later Harry stated that he�ha: just spoken . t Mrs. Scalley and <br /> she told him that she was not going to do the retyping. <br /> Town Counsel telephone Mrs .. elle and it was confirmed that she <br /> would retype the changes. Town counsel informed Karry that it <br /> was only the changes and not the whole thing. <br /> Harry stated that he now understood. He had thought it was the <br /> whole thine. <br /> Harry also wanted to - know about his light on cotit Road. <br /> Patrolman Burroughs had been requested to do a survey of this area. <br /> Nice Chairman contacted Patrolman Burroughs by telephone, and <br /> Patrolman Burroughs stated that he had completed the surrey and <br /> sent a report to the selectmen. Report was located and a copy was <br /> furnished to Harry. <br /> . Nice Chairman announced that a petition has been received from the <br /> New England Telephone and Telegraph company for two pedestals and <br /> one road crossing on Great oak Road. Vice Chairman asked for any <br /> opponents/proponents, Motion to .accept was made by Vice chairman <br /> and seconded by Selectman Thomas, Petition accepted. <br /> . Vice chairman announced that a petition has been received from the <br /> New England Telephone company and the New Bedford Gas and Edison <br /> Light company for one joint pole relocation on Route 130. <br /> Nice Chairman asked for any opponents/proponents, Motion to accept <br /> was made by - Vice chairman and seconded by Selectman Thomas, <br /> Petition accepted. <br />
