T Deputy hi'e f Frye in the past has demonstrated his ability to take 'command of the Police 'Departtet under less .than Optimum conditions, The Association is confident he will do the same again. The Association intends to cooperate fully and assist him in this time of discord and transition taking place in the Police Department. Therefore , we again commend the hoard of Selectmen for making this important decision in a manner* which we feel will best serge the needs of the Police Department and citizens of our Town.
