Application forms were signed by the Selectmen and given to Mrs, Babute <br /> and Mr, Lawrence for their signatures and certification by the Town <br /> Clerk. After completion,, farms were returned to Chairman. Chairman <br /> stated that appropriate ri.ate action would be taken in getting farms out. <br /> Informed Mrs. Labute and Mr, Lawrence that the cost for license <br /> would be $100 . 00 when they are issued. <br /> Chairman declared session closed at P.M* * <br /> 10 , Mr. Charles Donahue scheduled to core in and sign contract for <br /> the "-Panessett Beach Barrier Restoration Project" did not show. <br /> 11. Mr. Tom O'Connor met with Board and asked if action that was taken <br /> on south Cape Beach at the Sbecial Town Meeting would be -carried <br /> forth and mandated as it was expressed at the meetina. <br /> Chairman responded that .it would be and the Board will vote next <br /> Wednesday evening. <br /> 12 . Bill Martiros and Charles Peterson net with Board to bring to their <br /> attention the flow of water that is being drained from John' s Pond <br /> and if something isn' t done about it, there will be ' no more water <br /> left in the nand. <br /> Chairman wasn' t sine whose jurisdiction this would cone under - the <br /> Town or the State. . He felt that it was the State and stated that <br /> he would have Jim Anes check into this to see what can be done . <br /> . Motion made by Selectman Thomas , seconded by Selectman Garland, t.o <br /> adjourn. Declared a vote by chairman.
