Selectman Thomas stated' that Al Cormier called and would like the
Dog officer' s car removed from his station.
Vice Chairman requested that a memo be seat to the Dog officer
requesting that he contact the Deputy Chief of Police to see if.
it is at all possible to have the vehicle towed by a Town vehicle
into one of the back parking lots behind the station.
9. Motion made by Selectman Thomas, seconded by Vice Chairman, to
accept the minutes -of September lo, 1980 .
10o Nice Chairman reconi zed Chuckie Green who had requested to meet
with the Board to dive then an update on old Town Hall.
hackie stated that because of personal problems he hasn' t been
able to devote alot of time to this project. Basically what he
has today is the estimated figure to do the work. First, he can
still get the paint at $200 . 00 and the total cost is $4 , 558 .00 .
The biggest cost is the roof. He has spoken with Consult Roofing
and the cost to repair the two flat roofs , which will include
flashing, will be $4 , 100. 00 . The remaining money would be used
for miscellaneous , e.g,. ? paint brushes , glass , rollers , etc.
Vice Chairman Garland stated that the cost of the paint - $200 . 00 -
will be a gift from someone within the Town, and he should receive
the cheek within a week or so.
