BRIEF G FOR ADMINISTRATIVE MEETING I October 6 ,, 1981 1 The Board has received a petition from residents of Hooppole ]load. I recommend that the Board forward the petition to the Board of Assessors for certification. The Board feels that any organization wanting to use the Fire De- partment equipment for a car wash for philanthropic purposes , may do so upon request, at no charge, However, the equipment must be accompanied by Firefighters who are not on duty. The organization will be responsible for making suitable arrangements with the fire- fighters to volunteer their services. If no volunteers are avail- able, then the sponsoring organization must pay for their services , t the special Detail Rate. Present: Chairman Chester A.
