Garland, Selectmen- B, Jean Thomas and <br /> Kevin D. 'Connell , Executive Secretary Joseph F. Murphy, Jr. <br /> The Selectmen met in a Special Meeting to discuss with the Selectmen <br /> and Counsel of the five towns involved in the Indian Heritage Commis- <br /> sion Land Suit Case, their strategy for defense in the upcoming liti- <br /> gation. The Board voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session. <br /> At the close of the Executive Session, Ch # Garland convened the <br /> Board .in Open Session to consider* setting the date and signing the <br /> W rrant for a Special Town meeting, The Board voted -unanimously to <br /> hold the Special Town Meeting on Thursday, February 11 , '1982 at the <br /> Ma shpee Middle School at p.m. The warrant will contain two <br /> Articles , only- (see attached) .
