Dog hearing continued <br /> Mr. Arthur Joia said that it. appears that everyone is making loot <br /> like his dog is vicious , but if -he was that bad. he would kill him <br /> himself. He gave the Board a -letter- from Elizabeth Richards and <br /> said that Marianne Chambers bad called him- to say that' the dog <br /> was not a nuisance, Board also accepted a letter- from Commonwealth <br /> Electric stating that when the meter reader goes- there the dock. <br /> is arrays restrained,, Mr, Joia said that he would comply with <br /> whatever they want.. <br /> e l. Hanson asked what the Dog .officer' s recommendations were. <br /> Mr. Sanders -said that he has not seem the dog loose. Mr, Robert <br /> C urtemanche, Shd.11fish -War en.;).. -said -that-'where there was a. mis- <br /> undersanding of the procedures for acquiring- a shellfish grant <br /> he is requesting. that the Board continue this hearing .a.t a later <br /> date as the state has not clone its shellfish population survey <br /> of the area, Chm'. Thomas said that what the Board needed at this <br /> fime was a mo ion. .to continue this hearing at such- time as we get <br /> the report back from the state, sel. Garland so .moved.
