He explained- that he has received the approval from the Conservation Commission to use the wetlands , however, a group of people are objecting and.,they went to the State . The State is requiring an .Environmental Impact Study Report w ch is very expensive- to have=. done W He would like- to. take it off - the wetlands all together but this creates a problem as where he wants to pint it belong s to the ,Town# Mr, Umi.n showed a plan where the firway would -go and he asked for an easement from the Town.
