Discussion followed on the draft of a-_- letter. -to his . . Judy Howell, representative of Fields Point, in regards to Mr., M ndleson' s satellite dish. Board approved the draft. Motion by Sel . .Terry to -approve -the minutes of. the June 22 , 1983: Regula.r and Executive Sessions. . Seconded 15y 1, an'son, Motion Carried. y OLD BUSINESS: 1. Executive Secretary .explained that there was a-- mi-sunderstand'ing about. a letter that should -be sent- to Mr-. Cronin regarding..the -.-damages o his ear- which he claims is the- fault of-'the' Town. . Executive Secretary' - thought that Town Counsel was going to prepare .-the letter, however` Town- Counsel ow - ou sel .gave his opinion. and -the Executive . Secretary wrote the letter and asked the Board' to review it. Board approved the draft. NEW BUSINESS . 1. Motion by Sel . Terry and seconded- by Sel..- Hansom to app9int Lisa Peitz as Recreational Aide, . Level II .and Timothy -Ryan .and Martha Given as substitute lifeguards per the recommendations. o f the Personnel Board and the recreation Ditor.
