And I made a living- doing that for thirty years , doing business with Appeals Boards , . taking- out permits, I use to take out 10 permits a year. One hundred permit every year consistantly with no problems . You abided by the. rules , you submit these plans-1, as to the different communities throughout the state-, Needham for 25 years , Needham, Newton, welsley,western, Dover, Lincoln, Brookline and Boston, and you did what everybody wanted done, you submitted the plans , and in two to three days , bingo you got the permits.
