Murphy and Town Counsel , Joseph F. Reardon <br /> BESTS: Selma Rollins, Arlene Ho ie, Deborah Cochran, Vernon Thomas and <br /> Members of the Burd of H 1 h <br /> 7:00 p.m. Chai-rman Hanson convened the meeting of duly 115 1984 <br /> Selectman Terry moved to approve the minutes of June 27, 1984 Regular Meeting <br /> and Administrative Meetings of June 26th and July. 3. 1984. Sele tmeh Thomas <br /> seconded the notion with the exception that the minutes ofJuly- 3 be amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> HEARINGS AND APPOINTMENTS <br /> 7:00 - Glydon Corporation d/b/a Soup to Nuts requested a Package Goods Store <br /> Alcoholic Beverages License. There was no one in attendance at this time <br /> to explain the request so the Board continued this hearing until later. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 . A list of appointments and reappointments was submitted to the Board. <br /> Selectman Terry moved to appoint Charles Buckingham,, Howard Morse, <br /> Chris Kueb l er, Dave Terry and Dorothy Benedict to the Water Quality <br /> Committee. Also appointed as an ex officio member- was H rol Collins. <br /> Chairman Hanson seconded. Motion carried. <br /> Selectman Terry roved to appoint Mrs. B. Jean Thomas to the conservation <br /> Commission, Chairman Hanson seconded. Motion carried. <br /> Selectman Terry mored to appoint Sari Re, John Wyllie, Anthony F i orent i n i <br /> and Joseph DiMaggio to the Public Worcs Committee and Mr. William Clark , <br /> Ernie Virgilio and Joseph Murphy as ex officio members. Selectman Thoma <br /> seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Selectman Terry roved to appoint Mr. C. Ben Lof hie to the Personnel Board <br /> Selectman Thorax seconded. All were in favor. <br /> HEARINGS AND APPOINTMENTS (continued) <br /> 7: 10 - Glydon Corporation d/b/a Soup to Nuts the hearing had been continued <br /> until Debbie Cochran arrived to explain- to the Board her request for <br /> a Package Goods Store Alcoholic Beverages License. <br /> Ms. Cochran stated that she would like a license which would allow <br /> her to sell specialty type beer and wine . <br /> Selectman Thous asked if i t would bo aria or part of her operation. <br /> Ms. Cochran pointed out it is only to accent the sale of cheeses. <br /> Ms* Cochran also pointed out the hours of operation for the area <br />
