Barry to the John' s Pond Park Committee. <br /> Selectman Terry seconded. Motion carried. <br /> 7. Selectmen received communication Brom the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br /> regarding flood insurance. <br /> Selectman Thomas f eels it would be benef icial for al 1 departments to meet with. the <br /> agency. <br /> Mr. Murphy was asked to schedule a workshop. <br /> 8. The Board was notified that the l epartme.nt of Elder Affairs has awarded $1,372 <br /> to the Mashpee Council on Aging to convert the existing furnace into a zoned heating <br /> system. <br /> 9. The Personnel Board advised Selectmen that they voted unanimously to allow an <br /> increase from Step- 2 to Step 4 for Joyce Mason with approval from the Board. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to concur with the Personnel Board. Selectman Terry seconded. <br /> Motion carried, <br /> 10. Mr. Murphy notified the Board that the special town meeting will be held on <br /> February 11 with articles to be due on January 4, 1984 by 4:30 p.m. <br /> Selectman 'Thomas moved to hold a special town meeting of February 11 with articles <br /> due on January 4 at 4:30 .m. Selectman Terry seconded.
