Garland explained that they had been asked to came and discuss with <br /> the Board of Selectmen the need to have an attorney to dive thea advice <br /> and put thein decisions in legal language. Mr. Makunas asked what had <br /> happened to rake the Board -feel they need this . Sel, .Hanson explained <br /> that in several areas they had needed help and had run into problems. <br /> Beard of Appeals felt that there was -no need, for legal counsel.
