Board agreed that. this is important and that <br /> his could affect alot of people. Board told Mr. Murphy to proceed. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGSCONTINUED: <br /> p,m. hm.- Danson" convened the public hearing on a dog complaint <br /> submitted by Ms. Danielle Lemeur of 297 Cotuit toad against <br /> Mr. RaphaelCollins ' two dogs•. Board noted that Mr. - ollins <br /> was not present. The Executive Secretary said that Mrs. <br /> emeur could present her complaints or concerns relative to <br /> this problem. <br /> Ms,- Ler eur said the problem is that the dog i-s not restrained <br /> r hadn' t been restrained and. they tear her garbage bags. She <br /> stated that- the dogs stop traffic and -chase' bicycles. Her <br /> personal , problem and the reason for her complaint was that <br /> they go on her porch and tear up her garbage ' bags and she <br /> has ,to pick upthis mess two or three times a day. She also <br /> stated that she had• ratified the Dog Officer when the town <br /> had one, but Mr.. Collins could- never be reached. The Bog <br /> Officer left motes on Mr. Collins door which she witnessed, ' <br /> Hanson asked if the Board had any records of the Dog <br /> officer's report. lir. Murphy said we did not% <br /> M .• Bemeur said that the dogs have been restrained since her <br /> second complaint. <br />
