Board concurred that -it is a good <br /> proposal but they would like to loo] at- it more closely before a hearing <br /> -is set. Mr. Murphy asked if he refined it some and brought it back to <br /> the Board would they set a hearing. Mr. Murphy said that the bids for demolishing the old <br /> town hall should be going out this month. Board discussed -the job ,descrip- <br /> tion <br /> for the Natural. Resource officer. Mr. Murphy said that as a draft <br /> had been sent to the- Conservation Commission and he .would ask for their <br /> input for the May 23 meeting. sel. Terry asked that Mr. Murphy pursue <br /> the post office problem. Mr. Murphy said that he- would contact Mr. Samuelson <br /> again. Sel. Terry said that the Business Association was interested in <br /> the problem also. <br /> i <br /> Board returned to hearings and appointments @ <br /> i <br /> HEARINGS AND APPOINTMENTS <br /> 7: 30 p.m. - hr . ' Hanson con erred the public hearing on the New Seabury <br /> Corporation' s application -for an extension of their c mon <br /> victualer' s liquor license. Attorney Selma Rollins -said that <br /> the Corporation was withdrawing its application at this time <br /> s they were applying .for a new license. <br /> Mr. Murphy explained that Attorney Rollins, even though she was not on the <br /> agenda, had notified the office today that she would be present and would <br /> like to discuss the Popponesset Beach tax taking with the- Board. <br /> ttorney Rollins stated that she was an Attorney and a resident.
