Terry asked that Chief Grey Wolf submit a. time frame as to <br /> when this grant may be awarded. <br /> Chm. Hanson would like Town Counsel to review this grant before <br /> any further action i s taken. <br /> Mr. Re requested time with the Board to express his disappointment with the <br /> outcome of the Public Works Building. He went on to state that unless something <br /> could be worked out for an article in the special town meeting. he would tender <br /> his resignation. <br /> New Business <br /> . Mr. Murphy pointed out the letter from Mr. Richard Paul commending <br /> Corporal Et.hier for lois dedicated service in his time of need. <br /> Mr. Murphy recommended a. letter be sent to Corporal Ethler. <br /> The Board agreed to send a. letter. <br /> . Consideration of the Personnel Administration Plan - Sel. Thorna.s moved <br /> to accept the PAP with the revisions submitted by the Personnel Board. <br /> Sed.. .Terror seconded, Motion carried, <br /> { <br /> The Board discussed a. letter that was drafted to be sent to Ir. Delory regarding <br /> the building he razed and demolished at John's Pond Park leaving behind a considerable <br /> amount of debris. <br /> Sel. Thomas agreed that the area needs to be cleaned up but feels that the original <br /> agreement dirt not specify clearly what was expected and for that reason she will <br /> not sign the letter. <br /> Chm,' Hans on asked that the Superintendent of Streets be contacted so that the a-rea <br /> can be closed off until the debris could be cleaned up. <br /> Being no further business Sel.
