The Board received a memo from the Board 'of Health regarding the trailer on <br /> Central Road.. Selectmen had previously revoked the, permit for the trailer as <br /> Mr. Labella had picked up the permit. <br /> Selectmen asked that the police department be notified and the appropriate action <br /> taken. <br /> 2. Selectmen reviewed the articles submitted by the Conservation Commission and <br /> agreed to include them on the warrant. <br /> Now Business <br /> I-Selectmen reviewed several articles from several departments they -are: School <br /> Committee, two by petition, School Building Committee, Treasurer/Tax Collector-,, <br /> Personnel Board, Town Planner and a petition by owner,- Anthony Burrs. <br /> Selectmen agreed to include the articles on the warrant. <br /> . Selectmen received a letter of request from the Attaquin P. rk Committee <br /> asking removal of the bathhouse and emptying and filling the septic system. <br /> Also attached to this was the recommendation from the Board of Heat 1 th for the <br /> same. <br /> Selectmen asked the DPW Director to be notified that if the funds are avatilable <br /> take down the bathhouse. . <br /> 5. Selectmen received communication from Attorney Chester C. Paris representative <br /> for Silas iewcomb. ho is seeking compensation for damages arising out ars accident <br /> which he claims negligence of the employees of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Mr, Murphy advised the Board that copies of this letter have been sent to <br /> Town Counsel , and the townt',s insurance company Paul Peters, <br /> The Executive f f ice of Environmental Affairs notified the town that until <br /> October 31 , 1985 you could burn excess branches, limbs acid logs due to damage <br /> by Hurricane Gloria, <br /> 7. Selectmen reviewed a memo from -the Executive Secretary regarding the relocation <br /> of the traffic signal on Route 151. T <br /> - Selectmen held off putting an article on the warrant until May as specifications <br /> have not been prepared and the time would not allow. <br /> . Selectmen. agreed to include an article for the additional $55,•000 needed to <br /> accomodate 184 students at the Falmouth High School .- This is needed due' to the <br /> uncertainty of how much would be needed the annual town meeting appropriated <br /> $505,000 and this additional money is needed. <br /> Selectmen authorized Mr. Murphy to advance $500 from town hall expense for the <br /> purpose of possibly purchasing office - equipment at an auction, <br />
