B. At or before the completion-of each-tour-oP duty,—the _ -- <br /> --- - - - enforcing- officer shall complete a case incident re- <br /> port for each violation issued. He/she shall attach <br /> two copies (yellow & pink) of the violation to the re- <br /> port and submit it to the Watch Commander, who shall <br /> forward the same to the Court Prosecutor. <br /> C. The Court Prosecutor shall be responsible for the fol- <br /> lowing: <br /> 1) Retain and safely preserve one copy (yellow) of <br /> the notice of violation along with a copy of the <br /> s�-ncYdent-rep . <br /> 2) Maintain audit sheets for violation notice books:------- - <br /> 3) At the beginning of the next court day, submit one <br /> copy ( pink) of all notice violations to the Clerk <br /> of Court. <br /> D. Upon notice by the Clerk of Court that an offender did <br /> not appear and/or failed to pay the sum of money fixed <br /> a penalty for an offense, the Court Prosecutor, along <br /> with the officer who issued the violation notice, shall <br /> determine whether to apply for the issuance of a crimin- <br /> al complaint for the violation of said by-law incident. <br /> E. A description/definition of by-law offenses and fine <br /> schedules can be found in ( issued) copies of the Town of <br /> Mashpee By-Laws. <br /> Watch Commanders will be responsible to assure that all per- <br /> sonnel under their respective supervision are instructed in <br /> the proper implementation of and compl-t2uce with this order. <br /> By Authority: / <br /> 1. <br /> Maur .ce A .
