BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MUNUTEs <br /> 0/EDNESD Y JANUARY , 1986 <br /> old Business (continued) <br /> The Board received comnunication from the Executive Office of Environmental <br /> Affairs inf0=' w .'bng the Adjutant Genera.'s Office objecting to _the-, 'June 24 2h. <br /> 1985 consistency certification regarding the Master Plan and Environmental <br /> Assessment for multiple construction and rehabilitation at Camp Edwards• <br /> No Action was required by the Board. <br /> The Board was requested to execute the ear lease for the Animal Control vehicle <br /> which was previously approved. <br /> Selectman 'Thomas moved to execute the lease. Selectman Hanson seconded. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> Selectman Thomas reported on the Dredging project. She has drafted a letter <br /> to Michael shay relieving him of his participation in this project. Mrs. <br /> Thomas submitted a proposal from Dr. Giese and Dr. Aubrey for $6,000. to over- <br /> see the project. <br /> The Board deferred action until they outlined with more detail what they would <br /> be doing for this money. <br /> New Business <br /> 1 The Board received a communication from Mrs. .Jean George, President of the <br /> Radcl iff e Club of Ca Cod requesting use of the Senior Citizen Center the last -week of April. .. <br /> Selectmen approved the.rquest, <br /> 2 The Board received a comumication from the Seabrook village Association <br /> regarding moving of street lights to better light the intersection of <br /> Surf give and Redbrook Road. <br /> Selectmen asked to have this f orwar fed. to Chief Frere for his review and <br /> comments. <br /> Chief Hartin notified the selectmen of a blockage on Noisy Hole Road which <br /> blocks access of emergency equipment. <br /> The Board requested the DPW to open the road,, <br /> Mr. Virgilio advised the Board that the Habormsters boat and the Shellfish <br /> Officers boat has ben picked up and stored at the DPW. <br /> The Board of Health responded to the Selectmen's request t meet jointly <br /> relative to the transfer station. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, <br /> January 27, 1986. <br />
