Board of Selectmen Meeting March 1986 a e Mr. Robert Maxim submitted a letter o the Selectmen regard*ng docks on Jehu and Hamblin Ponds , He asked that the Board go out and view the area. Selectman Manson said e would e happy o o out r Maxim said he will coordinate it through Mr. Murphy Selectman Hanson cored to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a.cquisi ion of real estate by the Town and they will return to open session after. Selectman Thomas voted in favor and Selectman Terry voted in favor, Apyointment *30 - Mike Petrowski, Sheila Pocknett , Cheryl Hicks and Ernest Virgilio, members of the Cable Advisory Committee , came before the Board and introduced Barnstable Selectman 'John Klim and David Cole and Doug Murphy of the Barnstable Ca levision Committee . Selectman Terry thanked them for coring Mr. Cole thanked the Advisory Committee for extending the courtesy t attend their meeting to explain where Barnstable stands and to find out where Mashpee is with their f a.s . ili ty study. They will work together on the uncovered Barnstable areas bordering Mashpee . He said 1 a.shpee Cablevision will obtain notification and a.gends on their meeting. _ The Selectmen -discussed the Cable Advisory Committee 's request of Town Counsel to find the status of 3 roadways i t own. Selectman Thomas roved to approve the needed information for the CbLble Advisory Commission and Selectman Hanson seconded. Selectman Terry asked Mr. Murphy to contact Attorney horse to proceed with the investigation Selectman Thomas roved to go into Executive Session to discuss a pending grievance and they will not reconvene .
