Selectman Manson said e would e happy o o out r <br /> Maxim said he will coordinate it through Mr. Murphy <br /> Selectman Hanson cored to go into Executive Session for the purpose <br /> of discussing a.cquisi ion of real estate by the Town and they will <br /> return to open session after. Selectman Thomas voted in favor and <br /> Selectman Terry voted in favor, <br /> Apyointment <br /> *30 - Mike Petrowski, Sheila Pocknett , Cheryl Hicks and Ernest <br /> Virgilio, members of the Cable Advisory Committee , came before the <br /> Board and introduced Barnstable Selectman 'John Klim and David Cole <br /> and Doug Murphy of the Barnstable Ca levision Committee . Selectman <br /> Terry thanked them for coring <br /> Mr. Cole thanked the Advisory Committee for extending the courtesy t <br /> attend their meeting to explain where Barnstable stands and to find <br /> out where Mashpee is with their f a.s . ili ty study. They will work <br /> together on the uncovered Barnstable areas bordering Mashpee . He <br /> said 1 a.shpee Cablevision will obtain notification and a.gends on their <br /> meeting. _ <br /> The Selectmen -discussed the Cable Advisory Committee 's request of <br /> Town Counsel to find the status of 3 roadways i t own. Selectman <br /> Thomas roved to approve the needed information for the CbLble Advisory <br /> Commission and Selectman Hanson seconded. Selectman Terry asked Mr. <br /> Murphy to contact Attorney horse to proceed with the investigation <br /> Selectman Thomas roved to go into Executive Session to discuss a <br /> pending grievance and they will not reconvene .
