Selectman Thomas pointed out that Selectman Hanson did express his concern that -Mr. Hisaka has not built a public' building in Massachusetts but would accept the reeorrmndation of the School Building Connittee. Selectrr n `Lomas moved to award phase If the school design in the amount of $29,000 to Dori M. Hisaa and Associates. Selectman Terror seconded. Motion carried. �pointments & Hearings 7:30 Mr . Virgilio- was in to discuss the problems with the Herring Runs . Nor. Virgilio was concerned that he was advised by the Conservation Comvj ssion that a Notice of latent would have to be filed before any work could be completed on the Herring Runs . He also felt that this is something the Herring Warden should be taking care of except we are still without one and unless the work is completed soon the herring can not get through this season. Selectman Thomas mored to appoint Ernie Virgilio as interim herring warden until June 30 , 1986 . Selectman Terry seconded. Motion carried. New B i ne 1Selectman Terry read a memo from the Executive e Secre ary stating, that the MaShpee Business Association wcu.ld like to know if any of the Selectmen would life to attend the April 17 meeting of the association to discuss the town meeting. Selectman Thomas stated she would attend . 2 Selectmen received a communication from the Executive office of Environmental Affairs thanking the Board for their interest in the Coastal Wetlands Restriction Program. The Board received a conununic tion from the Department of the Pair Force introducing the Cape Cod Pair Force Sttion Top Three Council . The Top Three Council is a group of senior noncommissioned officers who would lice to assist in identifying a comrr�unit need/project that they might support. No action was taken . Selectmen received a communication from Paul Peters Insurance Company regarding Property/Casualty Liability r Insur nce. Attached was a ccp r of the list the Loss Prevention LJILL endati .7 s a result of the recent inspection of the Town ' s property .
