Spo is intention is to purchase land that is <br /> owned by the Town and presently under foreclosure. This ratter <br /> was previously heard during Executive session held on September 10, <br /> 1986 , since that time , the Building Inspector has responded to the <br /> question as to whether Mrs . Do r r s acquisition of lots 74 and 88 <br /> would provide her with a builaable lot. The Building Inspector _ <br /> submitted his opinion in memorandum dated September 23 , 1986. <br /> The site plan submitted with the memorandum of the Building <br /> Inspector was perused. Lots 75 , 74 and 78 would constitute one <br /> buildable lot, Yirs . Spohr also owns lot 68 which is an unbuildable <br /> lot but which has ;grater frontage . <br /> As there is no ,gay ascertaining at this time what <br /> tax benefits would accrue to the Town of Mashpee if this real estate <br /> transaction were to take place , it was only briefly discussed. No <br /> appraisals have been made c one er io ng a probable market t value for <br /> the property.. 'P.vo appraisals would have to be rade,, The. lots would <br /> have to be sure e ed .
