Frye <br /> and correspondence dated September 30 from the Personnel Board <br /> relative to the promotion of David Mace as Police Sergeant . The <br /> Personnel Board also submitted the testing results of the <br /> individuals who took the test and the analysis of the results by <br /> the consultant involved with the testing,. <br /> Bel . Thomas moved to appoint David glace as Police Sergeant pending <br /> the psychological examination , e l . Lawrence seconded. All in <br /> favor . <br /> Public Saf t # i Katcher s <br /> The Board reviewed communications from the Personnel Board dated <br /> October 1 , Police Chief Frye, dated October 2 and Fire Lt . Baker <br /> dated October 6 relative to the recommendations of Public Safety <br /> 1 spat ch r ; <br /> el . Hanson asked the Board to put this on hold for the time <br /> being. Sel .
