SUBJECT: eet ing with Mrs, Bingham, - DISCUSSION: Mrs, Bingham stated that Vernon Lopez did not accept the position as maintenance maxi for the Indian Museum but Joseph C ynt h .o didt. Mrs. Bingham a c waiting for an ad for such to be set In the papers as she Is in a hurry and must have him immediately., yrs, Bingham continued saying that she had a previous staff with the 'understanding that some of these people would be hired when needed, The staff would be working approximately twenty hours or more per week and would be entitled to all fringe benefits, It was agree by the Personnel Board of such plus a physical e a.m a- na t i n was requested, DECISION Mr, Cynthio to be ed as of 'uY 9t1974 as maintenance roan at $2. 90 per hour Mrs, G urt on to be employed as of JulY 1*1974 as Clerk at the rate of $2900. 00 per year Mr, Cynthio has to sin a. waiver of his disability before he is anointed, DISCUSSION: Contribution instead of admission was heard of 'being done through the brand e s t by Mr, C e nden in Mr} Bingham stated this was done because fo the exhibits not being completed at that time but as of July 1. 1974 it is completed and admission will be charged and things will ch n g but as she stated she is not gong to kill herself for nothing, Mr, Clendenin stated a record has to be kept 6or every penny taken - in to vuueh for the balance of the books,, Mrs, Bingham stated she does not have the books at this time as they were passed on for s oe one to do and not yet returned. The admission charge will be $1,,, 00 for adults and 50 for children {under twelve years of age,
