FLTNUTES OF THE MASHPEE PERSONNELBOARD <br /> August 4, 1980 <br /> OWN EMPLOYEES NEGOTIATIONS <br /> Present were: Jamesich Chairman, John Peters, Jr., and roline Gilligan. <br /> Also present were: Attorney John. Weld, matin Joyce, Union Agent, and the <br /> bargaining unit for the Clerical workers: Marcia Ducharme, Marilynn Hendricks, <br /> and Grace Maddox. <br /> The main purpose of this meeting was to continue negotiating the contract <br /> for Town employees. <br /> Chairman Rion opened the me ting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> A memorandum of agreement will be typed for our next meeting out .l n3"ng the <br /> agreed articles as well as the open issues. <br /> The negotiations adjourned at 8*030 p.m. <br /> The Following general business was handled: <br /> The Union, brought to the Personnel Boards attention that Mrs. Kondochriste, <br /> Secretary to the Highway Superintenftnt, was working and has been working a <br /> 7h hour work week and being reimbursed for a 35 hour work week,, The *A. . <br /> also states that she should be working a 35 hour work weed .
