MINUTES of THE MASHPEE PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> April 30, 1981 <br /> HIGHWAY E OTI TION <br /> Board Members present: Chairman James F. Rich, Caroline Gilligan and John Peters, '. <br /> Also presexnt were: John weld, Esq. and Joseph F. Murphy,, Executive Secretary,. <br /> Walter Jacobson, Superintendent of Streets was also present at this meeting. <br /> Union present: Agent Martin Joyce, George Green, Jr. and Raymond Martini. <br /> Chairman Rich called this meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. This was a closed <br /> meeting for negotiating purposes. <br /> lk <br /> The negotiations were taped for the purpose of .minutes <br /> The Union rejected the package offer made by the Town. <br /> memorandum of negotiations will be -typed and sent to Martin Joyce with a <br /> Letter stating that we are ready to continue negotiations at a. date which <br /> is mutually agreeable. <br /> The negotiations adjourned at 5:10 p.m. <br /> The following general business was handled <br /> -r. <br /> R <br /> The Executive Secretary informed this Board that their office is in need <br /> of a new Administrative Secretary.- Mary Kennedy who was just hired a few <br /> weeks ago had to suddenly resign due to her bother having a stroke* <br /> The job for the above-named position will be properly advertised. <br /> Lr. Joseph F. Murphy, Executive Secretary, requested that the Personnel. Board <br /> support the Article in the Annual Town Meeting requesting a. Senior Clerk for <br /> the Building Inspector's Office. He stated that it was an oversight that no <br /> one came to thie Per <br />
