PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL . <br /> MINUTES OF . LSE 201Y 1983 <br /> The following members of the Personnel Board were present for the meeting: Robert � <br /> Sullivan, Chairman, Caroline.-Gilligan, -.David Hardy and Manuel. Glickman. <br /> r <br /> Chairman Sullivan convexed the meeting ,at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Interview for Clerk to Election & Registrations Board <br /> Robert Tallent was tested for -typing skills and then interviewed by the Board for the part- <br /> time position of Clerk t -the Elections & Registrations Board. Two other applications from <br /> Amy Mosley and Elaine Sturtevant were reviewed, Both of these candidates were previously <br /> 'interviewed by the Board for other positions in- the .town., The Board voted to recommend <br /> Blaine S turtevant Arrly Mos ley and Robert Tal lent for the position pending reference checks. <br /> Interview for Secretary .to Recreation Department <br /> Sharlene Cardoza was tested in dictation and typing skills and thea -interviewed by the <br /> Board for the position of part-time secretary to the Recreation Department. Amy Mosley <br /> also applied for this position. It was the unanimousvote of the Board to recommend Amy <br /> Mosley. <br /> Assessor's Position, <br /> The Personnel Board reviewed the Assessor's -job description and voted to delete .the follow- <br /> Ing words: "Interviews and recommends hiring, or release of personnel to the Bxecu v Sec- <br /> retary",, <br /> Interview's were' conducted as follows:,. 1 aym ond Kochin� Pamela Davis, Larry Choate, Mat.thew <br /> urowic , Randall Kincaid and Richard Phelps, It was the vote of a majority of the Board <br /> to recommend Pamela Davis and Raymond Kochin for the position in that order. - The Board of <br /> Assessors strongly concurred with the Per s onn l ;Board's d ci i n. <br /> Nomination o hairy an of Personnel Board <br /> David Hardy moved to recommend Bob Sullivan as Chairman for the new fiscal year 1983/84. <br /> Manuel Glickman seconded the motion. ' All present were in favor.' - <br /> Secretary to Personnel Board <br /> The' Board unanimously voted -to appoint Marilyn Farren as their secretary for the, new <br /> fiscal year along with the--grade and step as set for Personnel Board secretary at town <br /> meeting. k <br /> New Candidate for Personnel Board <br /> Chairman Sullivan asked the secretary to sena a-memo to the Selectmen requesting that they <br /> meet with Pyr.
