PERSONNEL BOARD MA.SHPEE TOWN HALL } MEETING-OF TUESDAY, MAY l� 1983 The following members of the Personnel Board wam present: Caroline Gilligan, Curtis Woodbury, David Hardy and Manuel Glickman., Eugene Warr was also present during the mee ting. Acting Chairperson Woodbury convened.-the meting at 6:00 p.m. Summer Recreational Positions. The Board reviewed a memo from Wendy Rubin dated May 25 requesting that Jodi Cohen, Polly Spring and Andrea Raymond be ,recommended as Recreation Aides, Level II, for the 1983 summer season. These candidates will be- responsible for a variety of program such as Tennis Lessons, Fitness 'Classes and ass i ting- i -, ublicity and general office help. Candidates for Senior Secretary 5 The Personnel Board interviewed 'candidates for the position:-iof Senior Secretary to the Bd. of Selectmen and E ecutive-Secretary. Mrs. Mo.Grath was present during the interview- ing process. Typing and dictation tests -were riven prior to each interview. The follow- Ing candidates were interviewed:.: Diane. Board approved the ,temporary hire of Florence Lucas to work in the Treasurer's ffice after reviewing a request from the Tax Col.lec t r' , -Treasurer, Anne Shaw. The rate that the Board agreed to. set was % - firer the temporary rate of $3.90 per hour. The approval was given W3-th the understanding. {that -there was enough.-money in the budget to cover this expenditure.
