MASEPEE TOWN HALL PERSONNEL BOARD MINUTES of MkRCH 11, 1983 A special meeting was called to finalize the recommendations of the Salary upgrade o positions under the Personnel Administration Plan as the deadline for the submission of the article for town meeting is as of today's date. Present for this meeting were: Chairman Robert Sullivan, Curtis Woodbury, David Hardy and Manuel. Glickman of the Personnel Board as well as Selectman Garland, Selectman Hanson and Joe Murphy. haa*xman Sullivan convened the meeting a.t 3:30 p.m. The following recommendations were made by Selectman Garland and Selectman Hanson: Town Accountant, Grate 21, Step 2. (no dollar change) , Health Agent, Grade 1. , Step 2 no dollar change) , Executive Secretary, Grade , Step 2 dollar increase) ,. Fire Chief, Grade 29, Step 1 (dollar decrease , Policeha.ef, Grade 30, Step 4 (no dollar change), Superintendent of Streets,, Grade 24, Step 2, (dollar increase , Administrative Secretary to the Selectmen, Grace 11, Step (dollar increase), Secretary to Selectmen, Grace 9, Step 2 dollar increase),' Senior Citizen Director, Grade 7, Step, 1 1. (dollar in- crease) - Secretary to Personnel' Board, Grade 111 Step (dollar increase) , Board Secre- taries, ecre-ktarie , Grade 9, Step 2 doll'ar4 inrea e and Skilled Temporary Secretaries, Grade 9, Step 2 dollar increase) * It was understood by all that the salaries of the.
