He' s id that the#reason for this -is _that! he-.has been doing, the .job as a hobby and that the town- has 'always-been crying that they- were hardup. He told' the Beard that he i s' now r asking—that his budget- be in rens d t-to $5 yearly with thoughts for the future of paving- the way formother. indiv''idual. f_ v - t The Board reviewed a memo submitted by+ Mr. Koblinsky showing a breakdown of the time `spent by the Harbormaster in p ~for' ing his duties., ,Mr. Koblinsky outlined the fact. that boating and boating' complkaints have risen- very • har' l {a' ,shorefront was i developed.
