Virgilio <br /> The Board ret with Ernie Virgilio , at his -request , to review the salary of <br /> the D .P.V. Director position . <br /> Mr . Virgilio advised the Board that since he has come aboard in September <br /> of 1 982 , he has never conte before any Board Jo king f•or an increase in pay . <br /> However , at this time he would like to request it . <br /> The Director handed the board afcopy .of his outline request in the form of <br /> a memo dated 'November- 24 . The Board reviewed th.'e requ -st with Mr . Health Inspector <br /> The Board reviewed a memo from the Board of Health stating that they hired <br /> Elias McQuaid as the Assistant Health Inspector to commence work on Nov . 24 . <br /> e care tart' to Perso nne l .Board Position <br /> The Board discussed the Fact that the duties of the Personnel Board secretary <br /> have increased and that it is necessary to ,increase the number of hours to a <br /> thirty-five hour~ week -. The secretary asked if the thirty-five hours would in - <br /> Wude a Board meeting or if the Board meeting would be' in addition to the <br /> hirty-five hours . The Board was in agreement that the Board meeting would be <br /> included in the thirty-Five hours .
