I' IIL BOARD <br /> i <br /> 4 .. MINUTES OF FEBRUARYlox 1992 <br /> L5 <br /> MAHBE TOWN HALL <br /> The following members of the Ma hpee personnel Board were present : <br /> Chairman Robert W. Sullivan, Jane Stockbridge, Leo T ro and Rita <br /> Sousa. The Town Planner, Tom Fudala, was also present * <br /> Chairman Sullivan convened the meeting at 3 : 45 p . m . <br /> This meeting was held for the purpose of interviewing the Flo .i ng <br /> candidates for an Administrative Secretarial position to the Town <br /> Planner, Jamie Ghetti, Lisa Germain, Myra Suchenicz, Virginia <br /> Iullaly and Andrea Roberson. <br /> The application and background of each applicant was reviewed by <br /> Board members along ith the hours of the position, salary, and job <br /> description. <br /> After the interview process, the Board marrowed down the selection <br /> process to three semi-finalists : Myra. Suchenicz , Virginia Mul l aly <br /> and Lasa Germain. <br /> Tyra Suchenicz of Yarmouthport is currently self-employed as the <br /> owner of The Help Key which provides a training service for <br /> computer's , Prior to Myra ' s current position, she was employed as a <br /> Training Consultant for Entre Computer Center where she provided <br /> instruction in word processingor spreadsheet and database software . <br /> Myra also corked for the International Fund for Animal Welfare as an <br /> Associate in the office of Development where she supervised direct <br /> mail campaigns for memberships . Myra also worked as an Administra- <br /> tive Assistant for R. S. Waters Advertising for a period of three <br /> years . Myra holds d B . A. in History from Skidmore College and <br /> entered into a Graduate Program in History at the College of William <br /> and Mary. She also holds a Data Processing Certificate from the <br /> inyon Campbell Business School * Myra has also attended Cape Cod <br /> Community College taking various computer courses : She has <br /> expressed great interest in the position by researching the Town. <br /> Virginia Mutllaly, who is relocating to the Marstons Mills area by <br /> the middle of March ) from Key West, Florida, is currently the <br /> Records/Data Clerk for Monroe CountySheriff ' s Office . Prior to her <br /> current position, Virginia worked as the Secretary to the Town of <br /> Barnstable ' s Planning Board for three gears where she obtained a lot <br /> of hands on experience becoming very familiar with the Planning <br /> Board ' s scope of wort and in }mowing the law. While Virginia has <br /> strengths in the planning field, her background in the computer <br /> field,* in particular, data base is limited . Ms . Mul l ly is <br /> graduate from the PatriciaStevens Business College of Chicago, <br /> Illinois . <br /> Lisa Germain of West Yarmouth is currently employed by The <br /> Butterworth Map Company as an Administrative Assistant for the past <br /> six years . She has also worked as a Computer Operator for Crane <br /> 'typesetting Service for one year. She attended a computer seminar <br /> on Database III+ and holds a certificate of completion from <br />
