--------------- PERSONNEL BOARD MINUTES OF APRIL 21 , 1992 MAS IBFF TOWN HAL The following members of the Mashpee Personnel Board were present; Robert W, Sullivan, Leo Turo, Fane Stockbridge and Rita Sousa, Also present during the meeting were: Lewy Schwartz and Dan H omeyer of the Waterways Commission, Bob Sherman of the Conservation Commission, Selectman Carol Jacobson, Selectman Judy Mills and Selectman Jamaes Vaccaro, Chairman Sullivan convened the meeting at 1 : 00 p.m. ` _rr .__C 1 e.r. Leo Tu ro, liaison to the Conservation Department, advised the Board that he assisted Bob Sherman, Conservation Agent, and Diana Lund, Administrative Secretary, in interviewing for a temporary part-time clerk in their department. He recommended that Aqua O' Hara be hired on a temporary basis to fill the position, Leo indicated that Ms , O' Hara is highly qualified for the job. Ms . O'H ra' s most recent work experience includes working for Mavionics, Inc . as an Office Manager. Prior to that she worked as a Secretary/Admin-.strative Assistant for over fifteen years , Jane Stockbridge moved to accept Leo uro # s recommendation. Rita Sousa seconded . All in favor. „ .e R R o r a .__H a_r b o.rma _ x...Int e.r'.v J,_e.w s- Under MGL Ch. 39, So 23B of the Open Meeting Lawn, Chairman Sullivan asked for a motion to move into Executive Session for the purpose of pre-screening job applicants for the temporary harbormaster position. Chairman Sullivan indicated that the Board would not resume in regular session. Fane Stockbridge moved to go into Executive Session for the purpose of pre-screening the job applicants for Temporary Harbormaster~ Rita Sousa seconded . A roll call vote of the Board was taken: Leo 'euro - in favor. Jane Stockbridge - in favor. Rata Sousa - in favor. Chairman Sullivan - in favor~.
